- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Value, fixed monthly rate based solely on what you, the client, needs. Thumbtack only allows us to enter an hourly rate on our quotes. GoFigure has listened to its clients, and after a short free consultation call we will email you a fixed monthly quote, with 3 different tiers so you can choose which package fits you. As a valued client, you should know exactly what you are paying for!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will meet (or arrange a call) with a new client to discuss their business and their accounting/bookkeeping needs and goals. Together we can confirm the services required and put a plan in place to start work. I can provide a quote detailing all work discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years experience in the finance/accounting sector, and I am a Quickbooks ProAdvisor. I have worked as a Director of Finance overseeing all the accounting/bookkeeping procedures for 3 companies with a total combined revenue of 10 million.
