Vladimir came to fix our dryer- he was very efficient and knew exactly what was wrong. He also fixed our fridge-there was condensation that would leak onto the wood floor. He stayed late and was very diligent. Vladimir then came back to fix the washer as it had been damaged when the dryer went out. Vladimir was friendly and easy to work with. I would call him again.

He gave me a call 15 prior to his arrival. He was professional, courteous and asked if he should take off his shoes. He diagnosed the problem within 10 mins and gave me his honest opinion, which was to get a new washing machine because it would cost too much too fix it.

At Ontime Appliance Repair, we keep things clear and fair. Our service visit and diagnosis fees usually range from $65 to $125, depending on your appliance and the complexity of the issue. We're open to discounts whenever possible to help you save money while ensuring quality service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call us, we'll schedule a visit from one of our technicians. They'll carefully check your appliance and give you a cost estimate for the repair. If you agree to the repair, we won't charge for the visit. You only pay for the parts and labor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have completed a specialized training program in appliance repair and are certified by top brands. While we're not factory-authorized, our expertise ensures quality service for all your repair needs.
