Our Maytag washer was flashing "F5," indicating a lock latch problem. The technician Ilya actually had to come out to our house twice, because the washer didn't show problems the first time. Ilya was professional and knowledgeable.
Most importantly, he was able to provide us an appointment the next day without charging us a fee. Pricing was reasonable too!
