- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate per event, with additional expenses depending on my clients needs. Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Planning the beverage service needed for the event and answering all questions they may be concerned about. Texting works well for communication when schedules vary prior to their soiree. Giving my clients a piece of mind is my ultimate goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
R.B.S., L.e.a.d and TIPS and SafeServ certified. I've worked under the tutelage of some of the finest barmen in Los Angeles, and strive to continually learn and grow. I have concentrated on traditional old school barcraft.
