Introduction: I am a creative and passionate chef with many years of culinary experience. I pride myself in preparing new and inspiring dishes, not only for my guests' palates, but my own.
I will plan, shop, and cook for you, your family or your guests.
I am detail-oriented, very clean, and respectful. I am happy to prepare any meal in your kitchen or my own, and I can cook for one person or up to 12, on a one-time or on a continual basis.
I take great pride in my work with food and love to teach what I have learned throughout the years. If you are interested in cooking lessons or planning a small party to learn, I'd love to help plan and teach at your event.
I have held a variety of positions including and most recently as the Executive Chef of a well-known organization in Washington, DC. Experiences in new kitchens and new cities throughout the US and Caribbean have taught me a wide variety of cuisines; including but not limited to Contemporary American, French, Italian, Cajun/Creole, Asian, comfort food, Caribbean, Southern Style-Low Country Cuisine, Californian, Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free/Specialty diets.
All of my meals are prepared with the freshest ingredients.

- Catered social, political and private functions in DC serving up to 2,000 guests; including several tastings for the Inauguration Dinner and Local Celebrity Chefs
- Received gold and silver medals in 2010-11 representing the restaurant company at NOWFE (New Orleans Wine and Food Experience) events
- Directly assisted Executive Chef at the James Beard House, NYC
