Introduction: We do a very thorough cleaning of the vents, fan motors, coils, furnaces and air ducts using rotary brushes and HEPA vacuums. Check for any leaks and fix any minor repairs at no charge. Next, we install rated MERV 10 pleated air filters. Last step is we perform a Laser Particle Scan to check the indoor air quality. There are no hidden charges and we clean your Dryer Vent and Sub Zero for free with each cleaning. We hired Pacific Air Ducts because I am a new mom to be and really wanted my baby to have a clean environment. Best decision ever made !! Mr. Charles & Mr. Tony did SUCH an amazing job on our air vents. I live in a townhouse with my family and haven’t had the vents cleaned in 10+ years. Charles starts off with an inspection and proceeded with the cleaning. They quality of work was SO amazing that I (an allergy sufferer) could feel a difference with the cleanliness. Charlie and his office staff were extremely responsive and very helpful in answering questions about the process of duct cleaning. We had been told by another company that we would need special sealant applied, etc and discovered this is just an "upselling" technique by some providers. Charlie was on time, did a very thorough job with all ducts and dryer vent and left the house in excellent condition. He recommended a better quality filter and stayed within his quote and provided before and after photos. We'll definitely have him return every year and highly recommend him and his company to everyone in the LA area.
