Charles contacted me right away after I selected his company. He was able to arrange the appointment a few days in the future, and also contacted me to say he was running a little late. He did a thorough job cleaning all the air ducts, including the dryer. He also gave me feedback about the health of my heating and air conditioning unit, which I appreciated. I would definitely hire him again when next I need this service.

We hired Pacific Air Ducts because I am a new mom to be and really wanted my baby to have a clean environment. Best decision ever made !! Mr. Charles & Mr. Tony did SUCH an amazing job on our air vents. I live in a townhouse with my family and haven’t had the vents cleaned in 10+ years. Charles starts off with an inspection and proceeded with the cleaning. They quality of work was SO amazing that I (an allergy sufferer) could feel a difference with the cleanliness. The air in our home feels so clean I am so happy with their work! You won’t go wrong hiring this awesome company! Our pricing depends on the square footage and the number of vents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get information on sq ft and number of supply and return vents. Also, how many hvac units in the home. We supply all the air filters and include dryer vent cleaning at no extra charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning new updated HVAC technical information. Also, certification from IQ Air on filtration and installing Whole House Systems. I’m a real estate licensed sales person and have the knowledge of building mew updated building codes.
