Initially, Charles measured the air-quality in my home. It seemed elevated but didn't have much to compare it to. He was knowledgeable, professional, and forthright and I decided to go ahead and have my ducts cleaned by him. After cleaning, the results were remarkable. The overall particle content was reduced to 1/6 of initial measurement. I breathe easier and feel better. Overall I'm very happy with the results.

Great experience! Charlie is so charismatic and really cares about the customer's needs. He was finding ways to help us get a better deal on the actual filters. We will use them regularly for maintenance and annual duct clean.

We hired Pacific Air Ducts because I am a new mom to be and really wanted my baby to have a clean environment. Best decision ever made !! Mr. Charles & Mr. Tony did SUCH an amazing job on our air vents. I live in a townhouse with my family and haven’t had the vents cleaned in 10+ years. Charles starts off with an inspection and proceeded with the cleaning. They quality of work was SO amazing that I (an allergy sufferer) could feel a difference with the cleanliness. Our pricing depends on the square footage and the number of vents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get information on sq ft and number of supply and return vents. Also, how many hvac units in the home. We supply all the air filters and include dryer vent cleaning at no extra charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning new updated HVAC technical information. Also, certification from IQ Air on filtration and installing Whole House Systems. I’m a real estate licensed sales person and have the knowledge of building mew updated building codes.
