When we hired Value Max to redo our condo, the first thing Dennis told us was that he and Value Max take great pride in the quality of their work as well as their customer service. And was that ever true. He was personally involved in all aspects of the project, keeping us informed every step of the way. He gave us his personal cel and told us we could reach him any time day or night. The other thing I liked about Value Max is their straight-up honesty: their billing model is structured so that we got billed only for work completed; there were no hidden charges. And I loved a catch phrase Dennis once quoted us: “There is no right reason to do the wrong thing.”

It was truly a good experience, the owner Dennis was at the home each day, checking the work was done. His team was on time, which is so important, very professional and kind people. They left my bathroom looking amazing. I am so thankful to have found this company, and I will definitely use them again

I'm an interior designer. I work with lots of contractors, but Dennis and Tom are among the best. Dennis is on site every day to be sure the project is moving ahead on schedule. They clean up after themselves every day. Their work is top quality. And they complete their projects on time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dennis was recommended to us for our home remodeling and he surpassed all our expectations. He was helpful, flexible and honest about times and costs. He has a great team of professionals doing quality work and who really care about the smallest details. He was generous with his time and made himself available making the entire process much more creative and enjoyable. By the end of the project he really became part of the family.
