- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is per square foot for sanding and installations and additional cost for repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my customers are referrals, but with new customers, I feel a positive introduction is necessary to create trust and knowledgeable communication to insure the new client of my complete command and concept of the process of hardwood flooring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly educating myself on new products and techniques to better my business.
