Matt came to give us an estimate on a floor repair. He was professional, punctual and took the time to explain what could and couldn't be done,
Matt came to my house to fix some deep scratches on our solid maple hardwoodfloors. We had had the floorsrefinished just one year ago.
Matt’s work is nothing short of incredible. Within the space of two hours, he sanded out the deep scratches and damage, and put on and dried three coats that matched our current finish exactly.
Matt knows Wood. He is an absolute expert and I would call him for any flooring project, including wood but far beyond that. I can give him my highest recommendation after working with various hardwoodflooring and restoration contractors over the years as we moved to different homes. We put in these maple floors, 30 years ago, and we treasure hardwoodfloors. I rate Matt five stars and if I could rate him higher, I would. I might add that his prices are reasonable, and I got excellent value by working with him. Thank you, Matt!
Matt is your go to guy for hardwoodfloors. He repaired a water stain on oak floors caused by a plant placed there. He was personable, responded right away, completed the work in a jiffy, and his charge was VERY REASONABLE. If your looking for someone to do hardwoodfloor work Matt is fantastic. Price is per square foot for sanding and installations and additional cost for repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my customers are referrals, but with new customers, I feel a positive introduction is necessary to create trust and knowledgeable communication to insure the new client of my complete command and concept of the process of hardwood flooring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly educating myself on new products and techniques to better my business.
