It is the combination of intuitiveness and strong foundation in hypnotherapy that makes my healing practice unique. My hypnotherapy certification was a year long program in which I was able to harness a deep understanding of the art of hypnosis and cognitive psychology. The opportunity to teach and learn. I am constantly discovering something new, whether it be a perspective or statistic - information that is inspiring, motivating and enlightening. Most touching is actually witnessing the transformation that takes place when a person applies the beneficial solution we have discovered together. Creating happiness is an act - it most definitely is a process, a choice, and often marks a newfound spiritual maturity for the person. My heart is thrilled and blessed to see someone reach and maintain their goal. I love watching that "A-ha" moment occur.. that is one of the most rewarding feelings.
