Customized Massage Therapy Sessions utilizing both East and West traditions: I am studied in Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Triggerpoint Therapy, Structural Integration, ZenTouch Shiatsu, Tui-Na Acupressure, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Lomi-Lomi, Hot Stone, Pregnancy Massage, and Fire Cupping. I will utilize the skills I have learned to create a session that is optimal for you. Before our session we will go over any injuries, trauma, concerns, contraindications, and anything you prefer or don't prefer during a session. I will check in with you throughout the session about the pressure and if I find a place that requires extra attention.
