- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on how busy my schedule is, I am open for negotiations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give them a free 1 hour trial session. When they decide to start training, we take some baseline measurements of body fat, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. After some goal setting I deliver a program that takes them through different modalities of training. Everyone starts in the condoning phase (high reps, muscular endurance, balance) they then move onto the strength phase (heavier weights, lower reps, muscle toning) followed by the power phase (high intensity, explosive, fat burning). Testing is repeated bi-weekly. Nutrition programs and advice is given throughout the whole program.
