- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this industry for over 26 years including Construction. The combination of both gives me the upper hand on my competitors. with this hand on experience I am able to handle some of the most challenging and tough jobs others can't handle.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A family member had a very close call. The family went to bed for the night leaving there dryer running. At around midnight there's smoke detector started to beep. unfortunately there dryer caught on fire. fortunately they were able to get it under control. after doing some research they found out that there wasn't many professionals that could handle their job. After a short discussion we decided to start this business to bring quality work, technicians with integrity and customer satisfaction.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
One of the most common problem. Hiring someone that is not a professional in that line of work. A professional is going to understand the importance of airflow. He is also going to know a little bit of construction which will help him understand how the ventilation runs through the house and how to properly clean it or how to fix a problem if there's something wrong with the ventilation pipe. Most of the time a customer will hire a company because of their low cost in service fees. That's when the old saying applies ( you get what you pay for) some companies will offer this service at a low cost, To get their foot in the door. Once they have you they'll offer Carpet Cleaning or other services. You always want to make sure you hire the right person for the job
