- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free estimates on projects that exceed $1,500.00. For projects that fall below this threshold, I charge by the project and a service call fee for the relevant area. | For emergency service after normal business hours, contact me for further pricing details. | My service call fee rates are as follows (during normal business hours 8:00am - 4:30pm): | For the cities/areas of Santa Paula, Fillmore, Ventura, Faria Beach Oxnard, Oak View, Ojai, Casitas Springs, Meiners Oaks, & Camarillo* | - $150.00 residential service call fee (includes up to one hour of diagnostic labor, additional diagnostic labor exceeding one hour charged separately) - $225.00 commercial service call fee (includes up to one hour of diagnostic labor, additional diagnostic labor exceeding one hour charged separately) *NOTE FOR CAMARILLO: If you’re located at or before the Las Posas exit heading from Santa Paula on the 101 S freeway, the service call fee is charged as above. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Given that most projects vary in scope of work, I always prefer to speak directly to new customers over the phone (voice call). This allows us to work together quickly and efficiently in establishing what is needed for each individual job, provides us the opportunity to review any questions or variables, as well as collaborate on potential solutions over the phone when possible. After the initial phone call/conversation, my office manager will follow up to collect any other relevant information and work together to schedule an appointment that accommodates both our schedules.

I have over 29 years of experience working as an electrician, maintain an CSLB C-10 license, and earned certification as a Tesla Certified Installer
