- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set pricing for portrait sessions and engagement/wedding photography, but I also welcome requests for custom pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage customers to see my website to make sure my style is what they're looking for. I then go through a quote process, asking questions about the services they need, to make up a complete contract. The contract is then sent for signing and a deposit is required for official booking. From there, I communicate with my customers and go more in-depth about their session or wedding so I can work out a photography timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Art in Photography from the California State University of Sacramento. Internship in photojournalism at the California State University of Sacramento.
