Let me start by saying that Oscar has cooked up some of the best ribs that I've every tasted!! His ribs are so good that I had Oscar and Camacho's Southern Style BBQ cater a luncheon at my office. I work in a office full of foodies, and everyone absolutely loved Oscar's food. People were actually rushing to take plates of food home at the end of the day.
His ribs are very flavorful, tender, and juicy. He smokes them which gives the meat a really great flavor and the meat is incredibly tender, but not so tender that it falls off of the bone. His brisket is top notch, and his chilli had the perfect amount of spice. However... Oscar's potato salad stole the show! I'm not a huge potato salad guy, but his was simple yet flavorful. His combination of flavors is any meat lovers dream. I usually try to get ribs from Oscar when he is at the local farmer's markets when I have a craving for BBQ.

Hands down the best tasting BBQ ever! The sauce is especially fantastic!! If you find them at a local market or event DO NOT pass them up! Great food made by some cool folks!
