Shawn and his company SGBC were very helpful! I asked Shawn to perform an estimate for me, and he personally responded and was at my requested property address within 3 hours of my request to perform an estimate. His estimate was very complete, thorough, knowledgeable, and fairly priced! Another person outbid my property offer, but if the contract came my way, I would have definitely utilized Shawn and his company due to his impressive knowledge of how to systematically renovate and rehab a very difficult project to make the home very functional and liveable by the project’s completion.
