- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is easy and stress free. We set up an initial consultation with the homeowner, property manager or project manager. We discuss full scope of work, products to be used, processes that we will be using and answer any questions. We send you a transparent bid with all associated items discussed included. Once the signed contract is received, we schedule the work and start your property's visual transformation. Our prep work at the beginning of the job really stands us apart from other painting companies in the area. We make sure that every surface to be painted or stained is properly prepared to withstand elements and the appropriate materials are used for the job.
