- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a reasonable hourly rate of $20 for drop-in companionship. Discounts will be given for regular, recurring visits (ie once or twice per week)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I like to schedule a meet & greet at your home to discuss your needs and get to know your pet/s to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began working in the pet industry in 1997 as an employee in a dog grooming shop. Six years later, when the owner was wanting to sell, I bought the business from her and added daycare and boarding services. For the last 10 years I have worked in the culinary industry and am ready to return to my first passion: animals.
