FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As every pet is unique, so are rates. Hourly, daily, long-distance, Holiday rates can vary widely. The number of pets and responsibilities also factor into the rate. A meet & greet is always required to get familiar with pets and their owners before a proposal is written.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I like to schedule a meet & greet at your home to discuss your needs and get to know your pet/s to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began working in the pet industry in 1997 as an employee in a dog grooming shop. Six years later, when the owner was wanting to sell, I bought the business from her and added daycare and boarding services. After 10 years away, working in the culinary industry, I have returned to my first passion: animals.
