We conduct our services as a professional business. The very first step in our process is setting up a meeting time for the initial consultation. Our initial consultation usually takes 45 minutes to an hour. This time allows us to ask important questions about your needs and each animal's individual needs. It's important to make that first connection and make sure all parties are comfortable. Our initial consultations are free of charge and obligations. We bring our company information and certifications to this meeting for your review. Once a decision is made, we secure calendar dates, pricing and draw up a contract. Our contract is a basic release of liability and emergency care form that is very comprehensible. The contract is signed by both parties prior to the first date of service. We LOVE our job! We love the animals, we love the connections with the owners. It brings us joy to feel like we are helping others.
