- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are based in North Coffey Park Santa Rosa. Prices can be subject to travel fees, increased job cost due to accessibility of panels (i.e. 2/3 story houses, steep terrain). But in general, we keep our job cost very fair and maintain high level of service and job quality. There are no travel fees for areas within a 20 mile radius of Santa Rosa. Most times we are able to group jobs together in an area and waive the travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brief rundown of how we work: -GL Insurance verification if requesteed -Filtered water, no chemicals, water fed medium bristle brushes and elbow grease. -Before and after job pictures, emailed -Invoice, payable online, emailed -We inspect the roof and gutters and report anything we see - we have referred our clients to roofing professionals for repairs. We have a solar consultant and can refer clients to them for any hardware or software repairs. -Ask our clients if there are any questions or anything they are concerned with in regards to their solar production.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Baptism by fire...or water...and sun. I was shown how to do the job right by solar professionals. The reviews and referrals really do the talking here. Many NorCal solar companies recommend us.
