Very Poor Experience! Damon responded quickly on the telephone and we made an appointment to review the job (Saturday). He arrived at the appointed time and we reviewed what I wanted done and we agreed upon the scope and price for the job. He was to return the following Monday to start work, which was estimated to take two days. He arrived on Monday and spent about an hour on site. He had no tools with him (he asked to borrow my shovel) and seemed uncertain about how to do the job. After less than an hour of looking around he stated he was going to get parts and "would return" which was the last time I saw or heard from him. The next day (Tuesday) he did not show up, and again the next day (Wednesday) he did not show up! Based upon the unreliable nature of his service I do want him back and would not recommend him to anyone interested in his services. This has been a very disappointing experience with Damon and with Thumbtack!
