- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several pricing structures based on the client's needs and business structure. Hourly rates range from $45 to $75 depending on the activity and staff member performing the task and flat-rate and retainer packages are also available. Additionally, I pass along software subscription discounts to my clients for additional value. Tax preparation fees are based on forms required and can be quoted upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a thorough on-boarding process for new clients that we've perfected over the years. Most of it happens "behind the scenes" to keep the client focused on what they do best - work their business! Many clients we've never met face-to-face so this process can be done remotely or in combination with in-person meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 49 years of accounting and tax preparation experience, degrees and bundles of certifications related to Quickbooks and and the various ancillary services we use to provide the most robust, effective solutions to our clients. We focus on being "efficiency experts" able to see the "big picture." Many of ours clients realize operational efficiency after just a few shorts weeks working with our firm.
