- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since no home or project is the same it is impossible for us to give a quote or pricing without speaking to the customer and gathering information. Once we make initial contact with the customer, we will either have them send pictures or we go and visit the jobsite so we can accurately give pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer is in need of something they usually speak to one of our qualified staff members to hear what it is they need. Once we figure out their needs, either through pictures or visiting the job then we discuss the next step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of hands-on experience as a carpenter working in various trades. From new construction to remodels, window installation and manufacturing doors. Over the decades I have honed my skills through countless projects.
