My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work. I typically charge by the hour for smaller tasks and offer flat rates for larger jobs. I do not charge hidden fees, and I’m always happy to provide an upfront estimate. For repeat clients or multiple-task visits, I offer bundled discounts where possible.

I start by listening carefully to understand the customer’s needs. After a quick conversation or walkthrough, I provide a clear explanation of the work, pricing, and timeline. Once approved, I complete the job with attention to detail and clean up the space before leaving. Communication is key at every step.

I’m a trained construction engineer with a strong foundation in building systems, safety, and project execution. I also hold a plumbing certification, which qualifies me to handle plumbing repairs and installations safely and professionally. My background allows me to approach every job with both practical skills and technical knowledge.
