- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my career as assistant super intendent for commercial tenant improvements. I have worked with different General Contractors over the years. I ended up getting a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting at San Diego State University to understand business, accounting and analyzing financial statements. I work for startup company in San Diego that was called IriSys that was a contract development manufacturing organization. 10 years later, I had the privilege of selling the company for $50M which start up capital of $250K. Talk about a return on investment. Since Covid, I worked numerous accounting advisory contract jobs for three and six months at a time. In between contracts, I would work all types of trades from building additional dwelling units, finish furnishing, bathroom remodels, drywall and masonry work such as retaining walls. In late 2025, I decided to combine all of my skills and work for myself. We all get a 2nd Chance at life and we will take the load off.
