- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to learn by taking classes or seminars every year. It keeps me sharp and on top of the latest technology and methods.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have two degrees, - a B.A. in Art History and a B.S. in Computer Science. I managed to have a wonderful career using my technical degree at Hewlett-Packard for many years. But one day I realized I wanted to pursue something that used my artistic side. My husband planted the seed to do something with photography. He was right.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
About 50% of my work involves corporate event photography. I work with a number of world-famous venture firms taking photos of Silicon Valley legends. I love that enormously. 25% includes family portraits of all kinds from newborn to HS Seniors. The remaining 25% consists of product photography. I love it all.
