Working with Dave was one of the best decisions we made on our tenant improvement for LIBR. From the beginning, he was direct, prompt, and incredibly professional. Communication was always clear, and he showed up when he said he would, which made coordinating a complex commercial project so much easier.The quality of his work was top-notch. His execution was clean, organized, and done with a level of craftsmanship thats hard to find. Every detail was handled professionally, and it was obvious he takes pride in his work.What impressed me most was his timing.
