UG Appliance responded almost instantly to my dishwasher repair request. Within an hour a technician was at my house and handling the problem. Technician was Tom, he was wonderful, worked efficiently and was able to troubleshoot more than 1 issue while solving the problem. Job was complete in less than an hour and my dishwasher runs better than it did before. Will definitely be using them again

I called UG Appliance on Friday after 5pm. Thankfully they answered and gave me an appointment for the following morning. On Saturday morning technician showed up and fixed my dryer right away. Definitely recommend for everyone.
