Greg was very helpful and quick to respond. He has great communication skills and helped get my new design up and ready to build in no time. I had bought an old house and wanted to demo it to build my dream house on it. Within a few weeks, plans were approved and construction had started. I highly recommend working with Greg over any other, because of the amount of pride he portrayed in his work and business. Greg is passionate about his work and quick to understand his client’s needs.

The design accommodated for the needs that I had provided them. Wherever I wanted to alter anything, they were quick to make any changes I wanted done to the design without telling me it can't be done.

A friend of mine referred me to Captial G designs for an ADU that I wanted to build. I am so thankful that I went with him! The level of expertise that went into the creation of this project was quite impressive. Greg Kuchakhchian on behalf of Capital G Design implemented a great level of skill into the architectural designing of a storage unit and delivered the job on a timely manner. Overall I’m extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and I would most definitely work with them in the near future.

I recently needed some work done and I was having a difficult time finding someone good who would do it at a reasonable price. I contacted Capital G Designs and asked for an estimate and decided to go with them. They offered to do my construction at an affordable price and I am very happy with the quality of their work. Overall I am very happy with how the project came out and would highly recommend them! Also ask for Greg, he was very helpful :)
