Kyra Construction made my home beautiful! We renovated a kitchen, bathroom, and dining room in my 100-year-old house, completed over several months in 2020. Before the project, I met many contractors who were ready and able to renovate the space, but Rami was the only one who offered design ideas that made the space feel special and custom. For example, he helped me pick the perfect tile for the bathroom. He covered a load-bearing beam with a creative curved ceiling. Of course, all of the practical things were taken care of, too -- leveled floor, safe electrical, updated plumbing. While covid safety wasn’t my ultimate goal in hiring a contractor, I am beyond appreciative of the care that Rami’s team took to keep my family safe, wearing masks and keeping distant. They pulled this off in a pandemic, so I can only imagine what they can do in normal times. Thank you, Rami and Kyra!

I thought I had a small problem in my bathroom, and I wanted to get it fixed. I contacted several construction companies, and KYRA Construction was the best. Rami came to the meeting and explained that my issue is not as small as I thought, he found mold on the walls of the bathroom while all the other companies just provided me with a quote and missed it.
I didn't have all the funds that I needed for this type of project because it got bigger than I expected, KYRA Construction provided me with a great price and helped me to save where I could. it's rare to find a contractor that cares so deeply about providing quality service and customer experience during the whole process from start to finish.
I will recommend KYRA Construction to all my friends and family.

Our pricing does not include city permit fees, that is to be evaluated per project.
The finish materials are not included in our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first is to understand what our clients want to achieve and what is the budget allowed for that project, once we agree to move forward, our design team will work on a 3D design to present the final design and to allow the client to view their project before we start construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of actual construction design and build for residential.
3 years in hillside foundation and structural concrete, shoring and building concrete basements in the LA hills area.
Our team of 3D designers has been working in the field of architectural designing for over 15 years-what we design we can build.
