Sonia is a true design professional who is able to bring marketable creative solutions to multiple media channels. She worked for me producing conceptual and design work ranging from printed media al the way through blue chip corporate online campaigns. Sonia is able to take a brief and turn it into very elegant creative solutions that can be executed within the parameters of the brief. Both strategically and financially. She is passionate and professional about her work and is absolutely dependable. Another of her strengths that we benefitted from is her ability to skillfully manage projects she is tasked with. She worked for me as a Designer and Art Director as a contractor both at Modem Media and Publicis working across some of our key accounts. Over a period of about 4 years we used Sonia whenever we could catch her before she was busy with her other clients. Definitely recommend her.

Sonia designed my new business cards and they are the nicest business cards I've ever had. I came to her with ideas for what information I wanted to display and some images that I wanted to work with. She took my vague, disparate ideas and responded with imaginative, visually coherent designs. Also, she showed me two solid sets of multiple directions. At first, I had the problem of liking too many. But, seeing different directions side by side helped me better understand what I was (and wasn't) trying to accomplish with my business cards and therefore helped me choose something that was professionally fitting as well as aesthetically interesting.

I've worked with Sonia on multiple projects, and in all of them she was a fantastic collaborator. She developed our company's identity, which we're still using, unchanged, several years later. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Work directly with designers, look at their portfolio, make sure they ask you a lot of questions about your needs before they begin work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Sometimes I'm the designer called in to help when they have been let down by others. I can do design triage, but I'd love it if they came to me first.
