We connected over the phone, I spoke with Jose who stated the estimate would be free. An appt was made for Tuesday, they called and said they couldn’t make but would come Wednesday. Someone showed up on Wednesday and looked at the roof and changed the estimate for repairs to an inspection (that I never requested) then sent an invoice for $400!!! I asked to have clay tiles replaced along the archway of the house ONLY. The invoice states that since I’m not the owner (but I am) that there would be a fee. I sent an email requesting clarification and was told there is a fee for inspections.. I’m not paying anything as you’ve done nothing...ridiculous!!May 17, 2019Verified
