- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: The first step in our process is to schedule an initial consultation with the client. During this consultation, we discuss the client's needs and requirements, and answer any questions they may have. This consultation helps us to understand the client's specific needs and expectations. Property Inspection: After the initial consultation, we conduct a thorough inspection of the property to assess its condition and identify any areas that require attention. This inspection helps us to develop a plan for managing the property. Proposal and Agreement: Based on the results of the property inspection and the initial consultation, we develop a detailed proposal that outlines our services and the associated costs. If the client agrees to the proposal, we enter into an agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of our engagement. Onboarding: Once the agreement is in place, we begin the onboarding process. This includes setting up the necessary accounts and systems, and ensuring that all required documentation is in place. Ongoing Communication and Support: Throughout the engagement, we maintain ongoing communication with the client to ensure that we are meeting their needs and expectations. We provide regular updates on the status of the property and address any concerns that arise.
