- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general for private events and parties, we charge by the hour, per attendant. Since event has unique requirements, pricing does vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our marketing/sales representatives will contact the customer directly via phone or email after receiving a request for a quote. They will obtain all the necessary information and work with the client to best understand their specific needs. We offer the most competitive pricing and are available to every client around the clock, 7 days a week.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Valet-It is a sister company to other hospitality services, such as security and staffing. Valet was a natural progression in the concierge field.
