About
I have been a Symphonic violinist & teacher for 20+ years originally from in Laredo Tx. I am excellent with kids and adults of all ages in using my musical skills & intuition to help find what their needs are as individuals in technique, theory & performance; bringing out the best in the student and making each lesson enjoyable and fun.
Inspiring people of all ages to pursue & further their musicianship with passion; watching students grow over time as their confidence and skills develop and giving them the encouragement needed whether they are performing recitals, hoping to move up orchestra chairs, or simply want to play for friends and family.

One of my best teachers that I have come across in my life! She is patient and very encouraging. She is very knowledgeable in both technique (rigor) and how to play with heart and emotion. What’s better is, she’s able to teach her students how to do both. When I’m not getting something, she is able to express her message that she is trying to get across in a different way so it better clicks. She has a lot of talent in teaching. I highly recommend her!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons are only $60 a week when purchased 4 at a time as a monthly package. Individual lessons are $65 in studio, and $75 to travel to your location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To determine what the students long term and short term goals are. Whether they wish to play professionally, just for fun or learning material for their school program. Through that connection with the student (and also if they have a parent or guardian) we can plot the best course of action so the student gets the most out of each lesson and moves forward each week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in music & child psychology. Several years as director of a music & art day care center, music director of children theater & years as a private instructor & professional performer.
