Excellent experience from start to finish. The technician was very professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue in simple terms and showed exactly what was going on with the system.
The work was done thoroughly — cleaning, repairs, and everything needed to get the system running efficiently again. You can tell they care about doing the job right, not just rushing through it.

If you ever want to have a new air conditioning replaced, go no further than IKYB HVAC Services. The people working in this company are professional and have a high work ethic. They came on time, did a lot of extra repairs, made sure the unit was safely installed, provided new installation and new fuse box. They are knowledgeable in all areas of safety. Igor and his partner were courteous, punctual and hard working. Their prices are competitive and were reasonable and affordable for me. Overall, it was no stress, very positive experience. I highly recommend this company to anybody.
