- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices on Thumbtack are greatly discounted to keep competitive, however this is my full time business, so I can't afford to be the cheapest on the block ;)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk and discuss details of your event, what you're looking for, and make sure we are a good fit. Then after pricing is confirmed, send a digital contract. Once contract and 50% deposit is paid, your date is booked and locked in our calendar. If you booked our DJ services, we will send you an awesome phone app to request music and help you plan. If you booked our photobooth service then we have you choose a photo template for us to customize for your event
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended multiple DJ and PhotoBooth conventions in Las Vegas to stay on point to give the best experience for our clients
