- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really all depends on the type of job. If it's something that's going to be a quick job I might just do a daily rate. Or if it's something bigger I will just give a base bid price. And sometimes if it's a totally custom job I will break down what it is I'm doing and why I am charging this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer and go over what it is they want to do. I will also make suggestions and met them know if what they want will work or if I know of a better way to go about it. I try to always make them feel comfortable with asking any questions or concerns they my have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did not go to school for what I do. I just have hands on training while working in the trade!
