- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of service, guest count, service length, and event location. • Bartending services start at $60/hr per bartender (4-hour minimum) • Waitstaff start at $55/hr • Lead servers/captains start at $60/hr • Bussers & assistants start at $50/hr • Portable bar rental: $100 • Holiday rates may vary All services include professional black bistro attire and experienced, insured staff. For bartending clients, we also include a full professional bar kit and can assist with signature cocktail creation and alcohol shopping lists. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of our standard service area. Because every event is unique, we provide custom quotes to ensure you receive the right level of staffing and support — no overstaffing, no unnecessary charges. We are not the cheapest option on the platform, but we are committed to polished, professional service that elevates your event experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1️⃣ Initial Inquiry Once we receive your request, we reach out to learn more about your guest count, event flow, location, and service style. This helps us recommend the right staffing level and service structure. 2️⃣ Custom Quote & Service Plan We provide a clear, customized proposal outlining staffing, hours (including setup & cleanup time), rentals (if needed), and total pricing — so there are no surprises. 3️⃣ Booking & Deposit To secure your date, we require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. 4️⃣ Pre-Event Planning Support For bartending clients, we assist with signature cocktail ideas, alcohol quantity guidance, and shopping lists. For coordination clients, we help build timelines, confirm vendor logistics, and align all moving pieces. 5️⃣ Event Day Execution Our team arrives early for setup, provides polished service in professional black bistro attire, and ensures everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy your event stress-free. We pride ourselves on clear communication, professionalism, and making the planning process feel easy and organized from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional event service and hospitality standards. All bartenders maintain current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification in accordance with California ABC requirements, and our team members hold active Food Handler certifications. In addition to required certifications, our staff have hands-on experience working private events, weddings, corporate functions, and large-scale gatherings throughout Southern California. We operate with structured event planning systems, including detailed timelines, vendor coordination processes, and service flow management to ensure smooth execution from setup through breakdown. We continuously refine our training standards to ensure polished presentation, responsible alcohol service, and seamless guest experience at every event.
