My laptop was black screening and would not start Windows. Kathy determined it was my hard drive and went through great lengths to retrieve irreplaceable data from my hard drive. Once Kathy retrieved my information she left me with a working computer so that I could make sure all of my invaluable information was there. Kathy kept in touch with me through the entire process so I was in the loop as to what the status of the repair was. Kathy also made herself available for all of my questions throughout the process and gave great advice. I Highly recommend her. Thank you!
