My Weber SmokeFire EX4 pellet grill wasn’t working properly. Dean came to the rescue by cleaning out the auger, inspecting the parts, and got my grill back up and running in a little over an hour. Reasonably priced, friendly guy, would recommend. Will contact him again if I run into issues with my Weber again.
