Jastom came with his team of four professional and personable people and were finished cleaning my house, putting clean sheets on our beds as well as cleaning a couple of windows for us, all within two hours and at a reasonable price. I compared another cleaning company before I decided on using New City Cleaning for biweekly cleaning. Most companies only send 1-2 cleaner for your regular cleaning. But new city cleaning have 4-5 people cleaning at the same time. So they come in and out in an hour and get everything done. It works for me, because I like to be home when they clean and I don’t have time to wait for 4 hours while they clean. I have a 2400 sq ft house, 3 bathroom. They get everything done. Pretty decent job for a touch up clean. If you want more detailed cleaning, they also offer premium and deep clean. I recommend this company because the owner is professional, reliable, and responsive.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With our tools, chemical solutions, and training we accomplish cleaning at a much faster rate than an individual could accomplish them. We also typically operate on teams which further speeds up the process of cleaning.
Most of our customers get cleanings every 4 weeks or every 2 weeks. If you want residential cleanings every 2 weeks we offer discounts.
We are fully insured, bonded, and licensed and bring all our own supplies. Our average cleaner has been cleaning for over a decade.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a chat on the phone to talk through our services and any special requests, we determine if an in-person visit would be necessary before the first cleaning. Typically, it's not.
If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in 3 months, we typically recommend a deep clean of double the amount of time in order to get your space up to a standard. Some spaces will skip this step and will just allow the cleaning to slowly improve the space over several months.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised by business owners in the cleaning industry. My brother-in-law owns a house cleaning company and so when I was looking for ways to provide for my family, this was a great option.
