Vince and his team from Proper Plumbing provided exceptional service. From the onset, they were timely and responsive — providing continuous updates on their arrival time. When they arrived, Vince was very friendly, quickly assessed my mismanaged pipe issue caused from a previous renovation, thoroughly explained my current options, and then went ahead and executed an exemplary repair. Not only was their work efficient and thorough, also left the area spotlessly clean. Their good people who are great a their trade, I would definitely recommend and use Proper Plumbing in the future.

Amazing people!! Sent a message on Thumbtack for inquiring about an emergency plumbing issue (no hot water, tank issues) and Vince responded asap. He texted and called to let me know he was available for help. Excellent communication and customer service. Came out and fixed the issue in about two hours. Wonderful people, will hire in case of any issues with plumbing in the future. Very highly recommended.

Vince and his crew provided an excellent and through assessment of our property’s sewer drain replacement from original cast iron (which was corroding and beginning to show age) to ABS.
They worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Documented everything, and did an excellent job with their workmanship. I’d definitely work with them again. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend!
