Jay came to our address to fix one of our spigots. He laid out his plan before he came and explained what he was going to do when he arrived - which was replacing some parts of our pipe and installing a new spigot that can be eventually changed by ourselves if it breaks again. This was what we were looking for and once he was done, the spigot and pipes were great with no leaks. We tried it again today and so far so good. Would hire again!

Jay from Alpha & Omega Plumbing and Rooter Inc. was great. He responded quickly and kept really good communication. He explained everything before starting and gave me a few options for replacing the shower valve cartridge. He arrived on time, finished the work fast, and cleaned up after. Super friendly and professional. I’ll definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.

The best you will find. Highly recommend Jay and his team. Unbeatable expertise, quality and fair rates. Very honest. Call and talk to them - worth your time. I plan on sharing their contact info with my friends & neighbors- and I don’t often do that.
