I worked with Nelson Castro for the first time using his videography services for a Memorial Service about two weeks ago. First off, his responsiveness for the initial inquiry about my event was quick! We communicated daily about the details leading up to the event. He explained what his plans were and assured me that he did a run through to make sure everything will go smoothly. While at the Memorial Service, I was giving him direction on what I was looking for and he listened and adapted to my instructions. I was skeptical at first since I never worked with Nelson, but I am confident I would hire him again after seeing the professional services he provides.

I found Nelson the night before our event. He quickly got back to me, and after talking over the phone with him knew that he would help to capture the vision of our event. He showed up on time and connected with our family right away. He had a great sense of energy and humor, and was so engaged in capturing all of the shots, but never felt like he was in the way; just felt like he meshed well with us from the very beginning!
