- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
well I will advice any customer to ask me or any pro ,for individual prices,and how much will it cost to do it all together .for example if there's any demo to do,lath ,replaster,and maybe paint at the end .this is all different prices but if I do it all my discount is about 15%-20% off. for example if I charge $150 for demo,$200 for lath,and $500 for plastering and $250 to paint section repaired. the total cost would be $1100.my final price with the discount would be like $900-950.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process to work with a new customer is I explained what I will do from beginning to end by telling them the process and what's the pros and cons if they want to do it sheaper. for example I've done complete stucco renovations on houses before where the customer dont want to be charged for sandblast and they just want to pay for stucco Application only. so I've explained that the quality and long lasting period is not the same as in having the house sandblasted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my training in this particular work comes from a old friend on mine that had worked doing stucco all his life and I started working with him as a helper he thought me how to mix the materials first then how to plaster it took me sometime to learn but I learned in the 14 years I worked with him . then I moved on to work for remodeling companies. so in total I have like 19 years experience since year 2000 when I started.
