Introduction: Tahoe Flavor is known for fresh excellent food and friendly easy going staff. Each dish is beautifully plated for service and we are flexible to your needs and great taste. Our priceing is fair and agreed upon before your venue. I was trained at Le Cordon Bleu and have a current food safety certification. We love to cook for you so you can enjoy our services without the hassle and worry to sit back and enjoy the party and let us do it all for you! We decided to spend my 60th birthday with friends in South Lake Tahoe and to have a personal chef prepare the celebration dinner in the home we rented. Chef Mary was open to all our suggestions for dishes and created a custom menu that was perfect for our group of 13. The day of the event she arrived with her assistant and everything she needed. The evening went off without a hitch and every dish was perfectly prepared and delicious. She took care of every detail including setting the table and leaving the kitchen spotless. Not only is Mary a fabulous chef, but she is also professional and personable. A real joy to work with. We will be calling Mary again the next time we visit Tahoe.

We had a family get together of 22, We rented a house at Lake Tahoe, We decided to have a home cooked meal. Mary was great a helping to set up a menu that included the vegitarians in group as well as non vegitarians. She came to the house with everything she need and cooked an excellent meal including desert. Mary is very friendly and fit in nicely with our group. Highly recomment her services

She was intelligent,prompt and easy to work with in the planning stage. The cooking stage made me want to eat everything she made as she made it. Then when she was gone I ate like a queen, from my fridge to my microwave to my mouth. It was amazing!
