Hi there! Stephanie Hall here :) I have been a Photographer in Hawai’i for 4 years now and you can also find me in beautiful Lake Tahoe (which I happily call my 2nd home). I specialize in portrait, couples, engagement, maternity, family & wedding photography. One thing I am proud to gloat about is the fact that every bride who has hired me for their wedding, felt as if they hired a wedding coordinator as well as a photographer ;) to put things short, I’m a huge planner, I create my own detailed timelines for weddings (whether it be a 4 hour or a 12 hour wedding) & my OCD/anxiety gets the best of me so I believe that everything has to be & will be perfect lol. Look no further for your Oahu photoshoot. Stephanie works pure magic behind the camera. I hired Stephanie for an engagement photo session and I am so so so glad I did. I can’t get enough of our pictures! They came out so romantic and very professional. I love her editing so much. We took the pictures on Friday and got them back by Tuesday! I am just amazed with how professional, friendly, talented, and easy Stephanie is to work with. This was such a good day too. Like I genuinely enjoyed taking our pictures and just having fun getting the best shots. She makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed. I could go on and on but I’ll sum it up in three words: she is amazing. Stop looking for a photographer, Stephanie is everything you need!

We were headed to Hawaii for vacation and I decided to use thumbtack because I didn’t know another way to connect with a local photographer, and I am so glad we did! Stephanie met us early one morning before the sun was up and we immediately got to taking photos. They turned out so wonderfully! She makes it all seem so natural and we were laughing through the whole shoot! Not to mention, she had the photos back to us before we even got on the plane to go home! I definitely suggest her for all of your photo needs in the area!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are usually pretty reasonable and firm, however, I’m more than happy to discuss options with my clients, in case my price doesn’t necessarily fit in their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients straight from the start. If you can tell me a little bit about yourself, help me understand the type of person you are, what you like to do, even music you like to listen, etc..... I can create a picture in my head and it’s easy for me to come up with ideas for the photo shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m self-taught when it comes to photography. However, I’ve been a bartender/server in almost all my jobs so I definitely would call myself a “people person”.
