Nick was very friendly and very nice. I was so impressed at his thoroughness and quality of work. It was a big job with many parts putting together a Force USA G3 Fitness rack and functional trainer. The shipping took forever to arrive and when I contacted him back to arrange the assembly he was quick to reply and set it up for the next day. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. As you can tell I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future. I feel my wife and I have made a new friend.

Nick was great at communicating, responsive, arrived on-time, he knew exactly how to assemble the Spalding "the Beast" basketball court and even assembled some accessories and even cut up the boxes and putting them in the trash! I would definitely hire him again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I talk about my pricing.
2. I ask for maximum information about what needs to be done and ask for photos of the product and installation location. I ask what the customer has in stock or what is included with the product kit.
3. We discuss the date and time when I can come and do the work.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I assembled two outdoor heaters, set them up and showed how to use them. It takes less than 2 hours
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise reading reviews that describe the behavior of the employee and pay attention to the attentiveness and accuracy of the employee. Because repairing is always more expensive and longer.
