- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices quoted is as it is. This includes the travel fee, taxes, etc. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction is a must! This is definitely something that I and the customer must do as this will either determine if we're the right fit. Being a new customer, I let them know who I am, what services I offer and why I believe we're the right fit. A new customer always gets a free consultation so they can have the freedom to ask whatever they want.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Long story short, I borrowed my best friend's Canon DSLR and the rest is history!
